About Richfam

Our Mission

RICHFAM is a nonprofit arts initiative that expands access to professional dance careers by removing financial and structural barriers to participation. Through an open audition process, the program serves youth and young adults with exceptional artistic potential who lack access to advanced training, professional mentorship, and national performance platforms.

Each year, RICHFAM offers an intensive, month-long training program that culminates in an original touring stage production led by world-renowned choreographers and educators. Participants receive advanced technical training, personalized career mentorship, and professional performance experience that supports artistic excellence and workforce readiness. A full sponsorship model ensures that financial barriers do not limit participation. Alumni go on to secure sustained paid work across education, performance, and the global creative economy.
